Should the government be allowed to grant itself powers to snoop on its citizens for a good reason, just because we're in a war? Should it have to rescind these powers as soon as the conflict is over?

Should the families of people who are terminally ill, but not capable of committing suicide without help, be able to help them commit suicide? Should this be a legal right, reflected by guidelines, or just a case of non-prosecution of people in this situation - turning a blind eye?

How much does your life[style] mean to you? Could you pack a single suitcase, get on a plane, bus, or train, and move to a new city in the middle of the night if you could afford to do so, if you had somewhere to go? Could you leave without good-byes, without a forwarding address? Do you own too many things of value (sentimental or monetary) and meaning to pack into a suitcase?
